Job description, responsibilities and duties

What do we expect from you?

Overview of Culinary Calendar and implementation of promotions in Outlets
Screening of CVs, arranging Interviews, and interviewing of candidates for F&B
Control and monitoring of leased labor costs
Control of Operating supplies
Approving, rejecting and processing purchase orders from F&B departments
Research & selection of new uniform suppliers for different Outlets/Banqueting
Contact person for any internal F&B Management related questions
Coordination of current and new menus in the Outlets
Proofreading and correcting all Czech menus
Monitoring of guest satisfaction scores related to F&B
Involved in F&B projects à Capital Expenditure and Operating Expenditure related projects
Presentation of F&B to new Team Members of other departments
Liaises with F&B outlets and Banqueting team to assist with special needs
