What are we looking for?

… candidates with degree or certificates in finance or law, with administrative and communication skills. And the understanding of contract law and business processes is the need.

• Experience in a contract administration role or a related field

• Good negotiation and mediation skills

• Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts

• Has previous experience in customer service and good communication skills

• Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team

• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience on similar position within the corporate company

• Strong organizational and time management abilities valued

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

• Czech and advanced English knowledge is must

What will I be doing?

• Create contract drafts from existing templates

• Review and maintain updated contract list and follow up with updates and amendments accordingly

• Ensure that all records of existing contracts are accurate and up to date

• Create the contracts, amendments, termination notices and other communications and notices

• Vet the drafts of the contracts with partners and suppliers

• Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with the Czech law and regulations in cooperation with backup of external legal companies

• Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget

• Submit regular reports regarding progress on projects
