We are welcoming new applications for a position of Sales Coordinator in our current Sales team of Hilton hotels in Prague

What you I be doing?

As a Sales Coordinator, you will fully support the Sales team, from administrative and logistic perspective, manage own organisational responsibilities and assist with general office duties in timely manner.

Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Complete accurate travel and sales reports in time

· Support the team with client oriented responsibilities inclusive sales trips preparation, office meetings, arranging giveaways and on prospecting new potential accounts

· Organise global and local Sales initiatives

· Become proactive member of the team providing creative and business ideas

· Managing local loyalty program for bookers

· Daily assistance with administrative tasks

· Partial responsibility for general office needs (orders, maintenance, post office visits etc.)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Advanced (C1)
