Job description, responsibilities and duties
( Analyses local market trends and competitor activity through direct activities and various tools (Travelclick market intelligence and similar), recommends strategies, implements tactics and creates revenue streams that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business)
As Sales Manager, you will analyze the corporate market environment in the City and drive the best opportunities for the hotels. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Develop customer accounts in the corporate environment of the Czech Republic in order to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients, individual decision makers and within travel management company sphere.
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
Attend / organize Sales events, as required, due to the business even in evening times rarely
Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business lead within clearly defined monthly plan.
Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
Manage performance in compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with C&E, RM departments in order to drive business opportunities according to the strategy and plans of the hotel.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Advanced (C1)
