Job description, responsibilities and duties
Overall management and successful operation of the Prague office
· Profile: ornamental plants, flowers, decoration as well as gardening and flower arrangement services
· Target market: business partners - hotel, office buildings, companies, shopping malls, events
· Actively keeping in contact with existing partners (currently 5-star hotels)
· Negotiating customer demands, demand creation, consulting on flowers, decoration, ornamental plants
· Preparing visual designs, offers, calculations, concluding contracts
· Organizing the work of gardeners, florists, leading the team
· Managing deliveries and maintenance of ornamental plants
· Good financial management of the office (expenses, revenues, resource planning and management, business planning, contact with the accountant, identifying equipment needs, acquisitions etc.)
· Managing human resources (identifying human resources needs, recruitment, work organization, motivation etc.)
· Organizing and managing day-to-day business
· Business development, mapping new customers and business opportunities
· Reporting to the Managing Director in Hungary

The ideal candidate has some connection with floral decoration:
o experience in the flower market (florist, decorator, flower shop manager etc.)
o and/or in the plant market (horticultural engineer, gardener)
o and/or in event management
o and/or in interior design,
o and/or in hotels/catering (e.g. F&B, banquets, restaurants, events etc.).
· Speaks fluent Czech and English (fluent Hungarian is an advantage!)
· Experience in leadership, management, sales and customer management
· Independent, proactive personality focused on task execution
· Self-assured, confident, warm manner
· Goal, task, result and solution-oriented personality
· Flexibility
