Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive and develop the production
• Manage the personnel in operations and lead a production management
team
• Run the daily business; lead, support and implement improvements
• Deliver and fulfil agreed KPIs
• Support and plan investments, drive specific projects
• Responsible for total manufacturing cost (efficiency, quality, material
utilization etc.)
• Responsible for budget of operations department
