Position Overview
- The Technical Buyer will administer and manage Request for Quotes process from Sales offices to Strategic suppliers for Filtration units production in CZ and England.
- Working as a contact person between Sales Offices around the EMEA and suppliers.
- Understanding of main electro mechanical components is the key to this role. Mainly FANs, Motors, Valves, Electro components.
Key Responsibilities
- Procuring direct materials previously dealt by project engineers or sales people in various sales offices for engineer/make-to-order products
- Receive inquiries from sales/engineering offices
- Keep SharePoint site up to date with technical data, list of pre-defined suppliers, forms, prices etc
- Execute timely and lead improvement projects assign by Commodity Manager

-High school degree, experience in Technical area
- Ability to read Mechanical drawings
- Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to quickly learn
- Fluent in English (communication with Sales offices and suppliers)
