Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Technical and IT support of 1st or 2nd level with German clients
• Communication with customers, using ticket system
• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer and mobile devices
• End-users trainings
• Cooperation with internal IT team

Personality requirements and skills

• German language – fluent – communication with clients
• English language – fluent – company language
• IT or technical experience as a IT helpdesk or technical support or IT service desk – at least a few months or 2 years for senior position
• Very good communication skills
• Problem solving attitude and analytical skills
• Friendly personality
