- sourcing candidates by using varied ways as social media, external and internal database, headhunting etc.
- screening candidates and communicate main information to managers
- keep building the network of potential candidates
- interviews organization and breefing candidates before interviews
- maintain HR database and internal HR communication

Candidates with education suit the position
