Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Preparation of monthly reports for commitment and actual spending
• Preparation month-end and year- end reports related mainly to inventory,
manufacturing expenses and MSOT (MaterialScrapObsoleteTransport)
• Analysis variances to budget to ensure the company’s objectives
• Inventory reconciliation and calculation of inventory adjustments
• Yearly budget preparation
• Communication with auditors, tax auditors in all issues related inventory and
cost management
• Communication with headquarter in Belgium (Leuven)

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree – min. Bachelor
• Min 2 years work experience PC skills on advanced level - MS Office, Outlook
• Fully knowledge of computerized accounting system, preferably Oracle
• MS Office – esp. Excel
• English language on communicative level – read, write, speak
• Advantage - knowledge of manufacturing company
• Good analytical and communicative skills, commercial sense
