Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Organise local and national seminars, congresses, symposiums and internal trainings
• Support product launches and meetings
• Arrange meetings and business trips and its administration
• Ensure SOP and guidelines compliance with intercompany rules
• Administer storage system and archive of (non)promo materials
• Pre-collection of documents for audit purposes
• Participate in designing and in implementation of new projects/initiatives
• Provide information between medical, marketing and sales teams
• Travel arrangements (accommodation, air tickets, transfers) for internal and external customers;
• Manage the schedule of the teams and various agendas;
• Ad hoc translation
• Admin agenda: copying, archiving documents, order and distribute office supplies to the team
• Databases/trackers administration
• Deputy to CPO Head’s assistant as per required and seniority

Requirements for the employee

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Previous experience in administrative and team support ideally within pharma industry
- Language knowledge: Czech / Slovak and advanced English
- Knowledge of working with SAP and Access is an advantage
- Digitally savvy and project management experience is a big asset
- Organisational and communication skills
- Great customer focus
- Accuracy and reliability
- Easy-going team player
- College degree preferred
