Fleet Specialist for company EV cars with PL, RU

We are looking for a person with a combination of languages English, Russian and Polish to execute transactional Fleet activities for multiple countries namely UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Baltic countries, Poland & Russia.

The key responsibilites of the role are:
- SOP creation for Nordics countries, information & reporting for Fleet category, management and support of Fleet Logistics
- Supplier invoice validation in SAP/Ariba
- Generate country/division specific monthly reports and manage KPI dashboard
- Manage driver escalations and authorizations supporting Category Manager (budget, POs, invoices, policy, models, profiling, accidents, deliveries, etc.)
- Work with FMC on any re-allocation of Cars, either temporary or permanent within the fleet for Nordic countries
- Leasing Company negotiations may be required in liaison with P&O & Procurement
- Local Fleet Policy maintenance
- Establish relationships with Local Dealerships in partnership with Category Manager
- Maintain strong information flows back to Fleet Management Company, local Procurement and P&O teams
