As our Onboarding Associate you will contact new joiners for organize and do the onboarding after contract is signed. You will follow up with the resources through the probation period.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- English and German language
- excellent communication skills
- previous experience in HR are welcomed
