We are currently looking for a Lean expert to implement and enhance Lean standards across various production plants in Europe. ✔ Implement and oversee Lean standards in various plants across Europe
✔ Identify and execute improvement initiatives for manufacturing and support processes
✔ Train employees at all levels – from operators to management – on Lean methodologies
✔ Organize and lead Kaizen workshops and other efficiency-driven activities
✔ Mentor and support teams in implementing change
✔ Monitor project outcomes and report to company leadership
