Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator for a leading global life sciences organisation to join their international TA team in Prague. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, working with people, and supporting impactful HR processes that directly contribute to improving patient lives worldwide.
As part of the Global TA Coordination team, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates across multiple countries. Your role will focus on pre-boarding, administrative excellence, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• Create and manage offer letters (in EN, IT or ES languages)
• Initiate and track employment checks ( medical screenings, background checks)
• Record and escalate any discrepancies found during background checks
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ensure full compliance with internal policies
• Support pre-boarding activities and ensure candidates have a seamless start

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Italian - Intermediate (B1) and Spanish - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Languages:  English (fluent) + Italian + Spanish

• Minimum 1 year of HR or Recruitment coordination/administration
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting/analytical mindset
• Confident using Microsoft Office, ideally with advanced Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and multi-cultural environment
• Proactive and adaptable problem-solver


Nice-to-Have:

• Experience using Workday
• Pre-boarding experience (contracts, global mobility, visa support)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across countries and time zones
• University degree strongly preferred
