Join our production team as a Production Operator, where you will be responsible for assembling components and parts while helping deliver high-quality products in a modern manufacturing environment!
We are looking for an experienced Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling individual parts and components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

What do you get in return?
• Base salary of CZK 182/hour (approximately CZK 29,662 per month)
• Additional pay: 35% overtime premium, 25% weekend premium, and 100% holiday premium
• 25 days of annual leave plus 2 paid health days
• Meal allowance of CZK 150 per day (55% covered by the employer)
• Transportation allowance of up to CZK 3,000
• Free company shuttle service from Brno city center
• Attendance and performance bonus of up to CZK 4,000 per month
• Semi-annual bonuses of up to CZK 9,000
