Main responsibilities include check-in/check-out of hotel guests, providing information about hotel and area, answer and direct telephone calls, answer to email and stipulate offers and confirmations. MUST HAVE GOOD COMMAND OF GERMAN LANGUAGE WRITTEN/SPOKEN!!
