Job description, responsibilities and duties

How you’ll make your mark:

- You will provide support investigating and resolving issues with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) System.
- You will provide training on the IBP System
- You will define, document, and train best practices across the Planning organisation utilising the IBP system/processes.
- You will facilitate assessments of the IBP system knowledge across the Planning Organisation
- You will provide project management support for implementing continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the IBP system/process.
- You will provide support in defining, documenting, and implementing offline processes and tools where needed.
- You will continue education and training on IBP capabilities as well as technical tools to be able to train users to fully leverage and realise the benefits with HPE provided tools.
- You will provide thought leadership for continuous improvement opportunities.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Advanced (C1) or Czech - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:

- You have first level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
- You have 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modelling tools.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; fluent English and Slovak/Czech language.
- You have excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
- You have strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
- You have ability to learn and quickly implement new learning
- You have PowerBi experience - preferred
- You have SAP IBP Systems experience - preferred
- You have ability to leverage systems and data to quickly assess the business to improve results
- You have ability to tell the story in presentations leveraging visual management tools and data
- You have experience in Tech Industry - preferred
- You have ability to coach & train people on best practices
