Job description, responsibilities and duties
As IT TECHNICIAN, you will be responsible for smooth operations and maintenance of all IT features within Technical Centre in Lozorno. You will be the support for operation systems and applications running locally. These activities will belong to your responsibilities:
• installation & maintenance of operation systems and applications on personal computers, first level support for users
• compliance and proposal for new standards and procedures for installation & maintenance of local applications, maintaining the documentation up to date
• monitoring of operation systems and selected applications running on local servers
• monitoring and smooth operations of LAN network, in case of incident suggest the solutions
• basic operations on Cisco Call Manager (telephone system control unit) as signing the telephones, change of the calling rights, directing the calls to operator interfaces)
• monitoring & maintaining the list of HW (PC, printers/copiers, local servers, telephones, switchboard, and other specified devices)
• communication with the suppliers (ordering the new devices, maintenance/service of existing ones)
• suggesting the improvement ideas
• participation on global projects
