Our client now requires an exceptional and an enthusiastic Salesforce/CRM Business Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be a senior member and will be part of a team responsible for supporting the delivery of enterprise cloud technology solutions.

Our Salesforce/CRM Business Analysts are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, business acceptance criteria, business process workflows, testing, training and post-deployment support to ensure full utilisation and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies.

The position will be part of a dynamic team located in Prague. The role requires the Salesforce/CRM Business Analyst to have a solid understanding in reviewing and analysing business processes, services and information needed to implement change management initiatives and to improve the user experience as well as increasing productivity.

Candidates are required to have good analytical and technical skills, strong interpersonal skills and be a team player, with a proven desire and ability to quickly pickup new processes and technologies. A vital part of the role will also be to train Salesforce to users across the business

The successful candidate will be expected to be proficient in Salesforce/CRM technologies. This role suits a professional, flexible and client focused individual with the need to be able to work independently being the salesforce champion. when needed.

As a Salesforce/CRM Business Analyst your primary responsibilities will be:
• Work with Business Teams to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Develop user stories, and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements, fulfil (test scenarios) and create user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
• Participate in key meetings including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

In return the Salesforce/CRM Business Analyst will receive a salary between CZK negotiable pa (DOE)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

The ideal Salesforce/CRM Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented individual, agile methodology experience and knowledge
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Experience soliciting, gathering and analysing user input and requirements
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Key Competencies:

• Experience working in a Financial, Telecoms organisation or a small but growing organisation
• Previous Salesforce Implementation experience, Pardot, Sales, Service, lighting, Einstein and ChatBot.
• Knowledge of best-practice Sales, Marketing and Service processes
