You will become an integral part of IBM Human Resources team, having responsibility for Benefits in IBM Client Innovation Center Brno.
Job Description

The Benefits Professional will assist in the administration and technical support of benefit plans IBM Brno, such as Life Insurance, Medical Benefits, Pension Insurance, etc.
You will be engaged in the operational aspects of IBM's benefits programs with a primary responsibility for day to day operational activities such as implementing design changes and new design of benefits programs, executing benefits solutions for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and outsourcing IBM deals that involves employee transfer, resolving individual employee questions, issues and escalations, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts.
In addition, this job role requires frequent teaming with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications, and financial reporting related to the benefits programs. The employee will also work with outside vendors to ensure the best service is provided with the most value.
Your responsibility will also be to ensure compliance with state and international legal and tax requirements, and to assist in the preparation and filing of the required reports.
It is also expected you will promptly and accurately verify all benefit related invoices, document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefit processes, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all data and information.
Your responsibilities

• Lead Benefits program implementation and execution
• Manage implementation of Benefits program design changes
• Act as primary focal point for Benefits contacts in other entities in the country
• Act as an advisor on Benefits matters to HR Partners and to the business
• Prepare and conduct Benefits program trainings to other contacts in the country, HR Partners and people managers
• Maintain policy and process documentation and provide guidance
• Ensure overall compliance (process, approvals, SOX, etc.)
• Demonstrate thought leadership with regards to benefit analytics
• Develop analytical concepts and models
How your profile should look like

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• University degree
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Previous experience in a multinational environment and/or matrix organization would be an advantage
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Strong data mining and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-country team
• Ability to interface with a cross-border team
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
