Experienced SAP SD Consultant

Join IBM as Experienced SAP SD Consultant for the Global Business Services unit. We are looking for people with SAP SD knowledge, willing to participate on international implementation projects and maintenance support in near region. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions in order to achieve client expected business results.

Position is located in Bratislava, Kosice or Banska Bystrica.


What would be your responsibilities?

• Understanding and translating client requirements into solution definition, observing experience of standard SD process best practice.
• Creating and reviewing detailed requirement analysis document and functional specifications based on business requirements.
• Understanding processes and reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the ERP system. Identifying modifications, recommending and applying changes as appropriate.
• Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client.
• Understanding and clearly defining the input required to create cost estimates.
• Participating in SAP projects as SME.


What do you need for your success?

• Minimum 4-5 years of SAP SD experience.
• Experience in SD relevant data such as customers (business partners) and pricing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture is welcomed.
• Strong SAP SD Functional skills developed in classic SAP ECC based client facing engagements.
• Experience designing and implementing (SD) solutions incorporating SAP and third party solution components.
• Products industry (Consumer, Retail, Lifesciences, Manufacturing) experience is welcomed.
• Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.
• ABAP know-how to be able to debug problems.
• English fluent, German nice-to-have
