HR Admin Support - gain HR experience at IBM! / Student position

We are looking for administrative help to our team of HR Administrators in the following areas:

• First point of contact for employees for all HR related topics/processes and daily communication with employees
• Support on maintenance of employees’ personal files
• Support on preparation of change contracts and ad hoc documents for employees
• Working with internal databases (data entries, actualization)
• Occasional assistance in exit management
• Monthly support to HR Administrators on payroll closing
• Assistance on archiving activities
• Administrative support during the internal projects

Wondering if you are a suitable candidate? Here is what we need:
• Fluent in English in verbal and written form
• MS Office advanced
• Open-minded person with the capability to work in an intercultural environment
• Reliable and detail-oriented person who can handle situations under time pressure
• Team player with willingness to learn
• Flexibility to take over ad-hoc projects and tasks
• A high level of confidentiality
