AccessHUB project in IBM is one of the key initiatives, it will bring "who has what" data into a single location. Using that data IBM intends defining services that will help in productivity and security of IBMers.
AccessHUB will be on a cloud platform and will use automation to extract data from datasources of which many of them will be legacy and in the enterprise.
AccessHUB will be an enterprise wide system and will be leveraged by ALL IBMers. Developer must work in an Agile environment, will have to also be required to work in cross functional teams. Will be required to communicate to senior management on a regular basis. Will also be required to communicate to internal stakeholders that AccessHUB supports. Must know datasources and systems and understand their working.
What do you need for your success?

be able to build server connectors in different operating systems, Unix, Linux, Windows OS user / account creation and their permission models
Privilege Identity management with server ids and shared ids
Knowledge or experience in Pluggable Authentication Modules (PAM) of Linux/Unix servers
Knowledge of C and ability to knows, or can quickly learn OpenPAM (www.openpam.org)
ability to end to end deploy tool connectors,
be able to design and code till production
Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML
Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)
Must have thorough knowledge of implementing in a private/public cloud

Nice to have:
Knowledge of Mainframe Applications and Integration patterns
Thorough understanding of Roles design, Segregation of Duties and Usage Analytics and User Behavior Analytics
