Join our IBM Talent Acquisition team and help us search for the best talent for IBM Finance located in Tower 115, Pribinova 25, Bratislava. If you are eager to know how the internal recruitment works and you are willing to learn, our experienced team members will help you to grow.

Your responsibilities:
Interaction with hiring managers within accounting and finance departments IBM during the whole recruitment process
Developing a pool of qualified candidates (fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals)
Organization and active participation in the interviews to ensure positive experience for the candidates
Use job portals, social and professional networking sites to identify the best talent
Administration of internal hiring applications
Participating in employer branding activities such as job fairs and recruitment workshops
Work on various interesting projects

What do we expect from you:
Minimum one year of active recruiting experience from a personal agency
Fluent English
Very good communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn
