IKEA Industry Malacky Flatline was established 1999 and is producing plastic foiled bathroom furniture, wardrobe doors and living room fronts which supplies globally to IKEA stores. The unit currently employs around 800 co-workers.
Job Description
• designing and implementing technical and/or technology changes on designated production area
• creating technology standards
• communication with Purchase operation area, regular checking and implementing of changes in documentation
• creating, archive and updating technical documentation
• coming with ideas of new materials and tools in order to decrease costs and consumption and increase quality and performance
• design, update and control of following up technology procedures in production
• training of co-workers on technology standards and procedures
• cooperating with other departments (Production, Technical, Supply chain)
