In this role, we are looking for a colleague who will maintain customer warranty/insurance agreements, support them in buying contracts, amends of goods or their returns.

What would be your responsibilities?
• day to day upkeep of customer accounts ensuring the information is up to date;
• helping the store teams in making amends to goods if they come up with any unexpected issue that may have happened with a product purchased by a customer;
• processing of all contract documents so that customers get their contracts as soon as possible;
• be sensitive towards the requirements of the customers;
• be quick & patient with the queries raised by the stores;
• investigate & analyze issues arising out of contract documents as these are regulated products;

What do we expect?
• fluent English (min. B2);
• customer service skills;
• good knowledge of product insurance packages;
• retail/FMCG industry knowledge;
• report level knowledge;
• experience in similar role is a big advantage;
• Microsoft Excel skills on intermediate level;
