In this role, we are looking for a colleague who will raise insurance claims, liaise with the regulators and report trade ins & write offs.
What would be your responsibilities?
• help in raising claims for customers who want to claim the insurance amount for a damaged or a defective product;
• investigate & analyze the issues raised by the customer for a product;
• liaise with underwriters/regulators to ensure timely surveys and claim processing;
• manual reporting of trade ins (product exchange-old for new) to the stakeholders;
• maintain write off reports and keep a track of the value and share data with respective stakeholders.

• customer service skills;
• good knowledge of product insurance packages;
• retail/FMCG industry knowledge;
• report level knowledge;
• experience in similar role is a big advantage;
