Infosys is growing. Our strategic centers in Central Europe have grown exponentially in the last few years. Centers in Czech Republic have experienced 100% growth. Our Talent Acquisition team has been a critical partner to our business leadership in achieving this growth.

With a strong business outlook and expansion strategy, we are expanding our strategic presence in Eastern Europe- namely Romania & Talent Acquisition needs to be a strategic partner.

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead our Talent Acquisition Practice across Czech Republic & Romania. The professional will synergize our strengths and successfully help Infosys & its client to Navigate the Next.

The role an integral part of the Management Team for Czech Republic and Romania. It will work directly with the Regional Center Head, Portfolio Heads & Center HR Head.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Purpose/Essence of the role: Plan and execute recruitment needs of a large business unit. Look into the staffing & sourcing plan, external employer branding & process Compliance. Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation:

- Talent Acquisition(TA) Strategy & Budgets: Formulate TA strategy for Czech Republic & Romania. Plan and own TA Budgets.

- Sourcing Plan: Conceptualize and design the sourcing strategy and plan for the Practice through direct / indirect channels.

- Staffing Plan: Build and review staffing plans, review budgets with key stakeholders; identify and build alternate resource pools.

- External Employer Branding: Represent TA at Client meetings, lead discussions with corporate marketing to develop branding strategy, develop and implement round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders.

- Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: Define Planning & Research initiatives in the region across development centers, emerging and alternate talent pools.

- Technology Enablement: Review hiring process across practices to identify areas for technology intervention to ease TA operations, candidate experience & reduce cycle time.

- Process Compliance, Statutory & Regulatory compliance (Certification): Develop and review internal processes- both for compliance & efficiency, through feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
