Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client is an industry leader, specializing in B2B logistics solutions and delivering services to customers all over the world.
This position will be strategic recruitment partner and point of contact for senior executives and hiring managers in South Africa, Belgium and Germany. The client offers remote or hybrid work model.

Key tasks:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including intake meetings, job posting, pre-screen interviews, etc.
• Source best talents by identifying industry leaders, experts, respected competitors
• Ensure interview and assessment process in collaboration with executives and hiring managers
• Participation in European and global projects/initiatives
• Play key role in overal global HR strategy
• Collaboration with staffing vendors
• Managing the end to end recruitment process via the ATS, etc.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

HR, business, economics, psychology

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Dutch - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Degree (Bc.) in Human Resources, Business, Economics or any other relevant specialisation
• Min. 5 years track record of senior level staffing experience in global company or recruitment/executive search agency
• Experience in recruiting managers and experts on all levels
• Skills in using ATS (Automated Tracking Systems)
• Knowledge of online sourcing tools
• Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn and social media recruitment
• Networking skills, teamwork, strategical thinking
• Strong computer and technical proficiency, reporting and analysis skills
• Fluency in English and Dutch
