Area Sales Manager Czech Republic

Testing is our duty: For over 45 years, INGUN has developed, produced and sold test equipment for loaded printed circuit boards (PCBs). Today we are the leading test equipment supplier worldwide. With our test probes and test fixtures, we ensure quality assurance for our customers.

We are looking for a capable, motivated team player to fill the role of Area Sales Manager in Czech Republic, and assist us in the ongoing implementation of our successful growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be selfmotivated, able to work both independently and as part of a pioneering team to expand growth in this region.

Main tasks

• Field sales activities to promote our products
• Continual customer development
• Drive overall sales growth within assigned territory
• Develop the Eastern Europe sales region (using both short-term and long-term strategies)
• Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs
• Manage and develop new, high-profile key accounts
• Deal with customer enquiries by providing technical consultation and solutions using INGUN’s products
• Gain market knowledge and expertise to identify future market needs and trends

Requirements

• Performance driven, goal-oriented, and hard-working attitude
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills
• Extensive travel to customer locations within Eastern Europe
• Experience in developing new and established sales regions
• 5-10 years’ experience in sales in the electronic market
• Degree or Diploma in Business Engineering, Electronics
  or Mechanics. Other similar fields of study will be considered

Conditions

• Place of work: Czech Republic
• Contract: Full time
• Wage (gross): 50 000 – 70 000 Kč/month
