Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a frontend or fullstack developer that can help move Injurymap to the next level. A person that has the skill, can operate strategically and is fun to work with.
Our frontend runs on a framework Angular with multiple sites sharing the source code. The mobile app is made with synergy of Angular, Ionic & Capacitor. We are striving towards delivering a high quality code influenced by the sector's best practices.

The position is open to both Junior and Senior frontend developers.

Your job would include:
- developing multiple frontend projects in Angular framework
- develop and maintain our mobile app Injurymap written in Angular
- focus on quality of deliverables by writing tests and documentation
- coordinate with other team members and stakeholders
- bring innovative ideas towards improving the overall business solution
- peer code reviews

Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in the design and development of a frontend website through some well recognized framework (Angular, React, Vue...)
- A deep understanding of important frontend foundations - HTML5, JS, CSS
- A strong feel for functional and appealing User Interfaces
- Knowledge of best practices in User Experience
- Ability to think strategically and coming up with effective solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
- Written and spoken communication skills in English (B2 category)

Good to have
- Experience with building a mobile app with Ionic
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with native mobile languages: Swift, Kotlin, Java
- A feel for the best practices
- A know-how of relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Knowledge of backend tools such as: Flask framework, SQLAlchemy & Docker
- Familiarity with systems such as: Heroku, Git, Firebase, Sentry
