Field Services Technician - Gas Engines (m/f/d)

• Responsible for the commissioning of INNIO Jenbacher Gas Engines at customer site locations
• Provide guidance to customers, operating staff and other INNIO field personnel on the installation
• Perform troubleshooting activities on site to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution and implement corrective actions
• Resolve and explain technical issues, foster knowledge sharing and help others
• Act as interface between customer, channel partner and INNIO Jenbacher
• Provide external and internal reports in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the organization
• Build a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive & professional approach
• Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure they’re calibration
• Prove a strong safety mindset to ensure the executed work reflects the technical requirements along with the INNIO safety standards
