We also design and operate startup programs, working closely with founders and partners to help early-stage companies grow through structured programs, community, and practical, real-world execution.

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who gets things done. You'll be the go-to person for anything tech at Innixus - keeping our internal tools running, solving problems as they come up, and building new products when the opportunity arises. A big part of this role is leveraging AI to build smarter, faster — whether that's spinning up an AI-powered app, automating a workflow, or integrating an LLM into something useful.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for a perfect brief. You'll often need to figure things out yourself, move quickly, and deliver something that works.

What you’ll do

- Build and maintain internal tools, platforms, and web applications
- Develop AI-powered features and applications using modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Solve day-to-day IT and technical issues across the team
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
- Take ownership of projects from idea to deployment — with minimal hand-holding
- Suggest and implement improvements proactively


What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of full stack development experience
- Comfortable across the stack — frontend, backend, databases, deployment
- Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM APIs
- A problem-solver mindset — you'd rather fix it than escalate it
- Able to work independently and manage your own time
- Fast learner who's comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Fluent in English
