Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing daily operations of the call premium back office and ops team;
• Setting and controlling meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
• Handling the most complex shareholder enquiries;
• Liaising with supervisors and team leaders from other offices in London and Kiev;
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders;
• Build and execute strategy for existing client profitability and growth performance as well as open up new relationships for LSB within the Travel sector.
• Drafting shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet clients’ demand;
• Resolving schedules conflicts and other issues may come up;
• Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying development needs and planning training sessions;
• Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
• Interviewing potential staff;
• Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
• Forecasting and analysing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
• Monitoring CRM use and CRM filling by BO employees
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
