Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Communicating with Clients, receiving Clients requests
- Working closely with Back Office Luxury Experts on the requests processing
- Selling requests solutions to provide high-end luxury service directly to Clients
- Building positive relationship with Clients
- Searching and analyzing information in luxury lifestyle segment
- Database maintenance and daily reporting

As a Personal Luxury Lifestyle Manager to HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) you will be responsible for catering to the needs of only the wealthiest elite Clients who prefer a privileged and exclusive luxury lifestyle. You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team in Bratislava and enjoy providing round-the-clock access to Insignia full range of services every day of the year.

Personality requirements and skills

- 3+ years of experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Well-developed stress management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good team player
- Self-motivated and creative
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Languages: fluency in Russian and English is a must
