Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Communicating with Clients, receiving Clients requests
• Working closely with Back Office Luxury Experts on the requests processing
• Selling requests solutions to provide high-end luxury service directly to Clients
• Building positive relationship with Clients
• Searching and analyzing information in luxury lifestyle segment
• Database maintenance and daily reporting

As a Personal Luxury Lifestyle Manager to HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) you will be responsible for catering to the needs of only the wealthiest elite Clients who prefer a privileged and exclusive luxury lifestyle. You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team in Bratislava and enjoy providing round-the-clock access to Insignia's full range of services every day of the year.

Personality requirements and skills

- 3+ years of experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector, personal/family lifestyle coordination, secretary assistance
- Self-sufficient and minimal supervision
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Well-developed stress management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and creative
- Exercise discretion in all matters and be comfortable handling confidential information
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Languages: Fluency in English. Other languages are advantage.
