Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Establish a global recruitment, talent acquisition and on-boarding strategy in accordance to the Group current and strategic business needs
- Establish Insignia Employer Brand to aid recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
- Manage and execute the 360-recruitment process from identifying talent to onboarding
- To identify suitable candidates and sources for assignments through a variety of means
- Global talent pooling
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
- Manage stakeholders on a global scale
- Develop retention strategies in the organization
- Ensure that the appropriate background screening process is followed
- Ensure successful applicant on-boarding is complete and correct per local processes
