Job description, responsibilities and duties

Insignia company is searching for a Junior Office Manager with potential growth to senior role in Office Management and HR to support our two offices in Bratislava with the following responsibilities:

• Office management and HR support to Administration Manager for team of up to 50 people
• Liaising with external organisations and business partners
• General reception duties – arranging couriers, boardrooms, visitors, communication with landlord
• Providing research and information support for office
• Preparation of weekly reports
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
• Back Office support and assistance for other departments within ILSE Slovakia
• Back up support for Administration Manager
• Other occasional duties as per management requests
