Job description, responsibilities and duties
Invasys is looking for an organized and innovative Product manager who will be creating original products that help law enforcement agencies in their fight for public safety. Your task will be to work with our partners and customers to understand their requirements. You will define product features and product roadmap. You will cooperate with technical managers and R&D teams to follow the roadmap and build up the product.
This position is full-time and based in Brno, occasional travels required.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of Invasys products
• Drive product development in cooperation with engineers and researchers
• Build shared vision and consensus across multiple teams
• Prioritize among product features and tasks
• Convey the customer’s requirements to the development teams
• Resolve conflicts and maximize productivity in constantly evolving
environment

• Understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
• Skilled at translating between business owners and development teams
• Building products from the ground up experiencing both successes and
failures
• Computer science or hardware engineering background or equivalent
experience
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
