Freight Manager / CEO

Our client is one of the world's leading industrial companies in its segment. We are looking for an experienced Freight Manager as the CEO for our logistics activities in Eastern Europe including an own fleet of 1,500 lorries an 1,000 wagons, running own harbour an railway terminals and different warehouse facilities.

Your responsibilities include supervision of the fleet management negotiation and contracting with freight carries and logstics providers, budgeting, controlling and optimisation of our freight and logistics costs.

We expect you to have several years of professional experience in a leading position with a major international freight company or industrial companies with own logistic division, in-depth logistics or supply chain knowledge, a good command of English and ideally knowledge of another Eastern European language (e.g. Polish, Czech, Russian, etc.).
