The company is currently looking for a Country Online Manager to lead the marketing and branding efforts for its online business in Slovakia.

Job profile:
You will be responsible for driving revenue to Company´s Online brands and products through local campaigns and activities:

As a Country Online Marketing Head, you will also:

  • Insure by benchmarking and review that the product offering is exceeding market standard and is in line with the brands positioning in the market.
  • Act as the local market expert internally and inform central teams of any major changes.
  • Act as the company representative towards local authorities and interest groups.
  • Act as a site leader for the local online operations and marketing team in Slovakia.
  • Prepare the country marketing and business plan together with the Group Chief Marketing Officer for Online
  • Prepare a communication plan together with the Group Head of CRM
  • Prepare and work with Group Segment Heads to implement plan to attract and increase the high value customer segment.
  • Create and prepare plan routines and marketing efforts to promote cross selling from the retail business to online.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns according to marketing plan to grow agreed KPIs
  • Media planning and buying (with support of a local media agency)
  • Develop advertising creatives (such as TV commercials, print ads, radio spots – using head office resources or local advertising agency)
  • Monitor results of the campaigns and adapt communication plan if needed
  • Constantly search effective marketing activities which are in line with the marketing strategy defined for the country
  • Networking with potential (media) partners
  • Monitoring of market in regards of competition, consumer needs and possible changes in legal environment
  • Act as a site leader for the online team in Slovakia

• University degree in Business/Marketing
• At least 5 years Marketing / Digital experience (brand building expereince, launch experience)
• Self-motivated and very results oriented
• Ability to manage a small team
• Ability to work in an international environment
• An interest in the entertainment industry, online and digital channels
• Experience in planning and implementing offline advertising campaigns (TV, print, radio...).
• Ability to manage local press relations
• Strong connections within the territory i.e. PR and networking process
• Experience in media purchasing and working with advertising agencies
• Must be fluent in English and Slovak language and be able to conduct presentations in both languages.

Appropriate remuneration package - base monthly salary for this position starts at € 5000,- per month, bonus is also a part of the remunaration package.
