- Advising and supporting potato farmers and the local partner companies
- Purchasing and contracting potato varieties
- Monitoring potato quality and quantities
- Ensuring timely delivery of potatoes in the desired quality
- Observing the market and responding to changes and developments
- Preparing and analyzing reports and plans
