Project Manager (m/f)

In this position, you are responsible for managing, optimising and solving issues to streamline processes and developments in the company. This includes the areas of digitalisation, operations, commercial interests as well as communication and employee training.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• To act as project management ambassador in order to generate interest and coherence in processes amongst the international production centres and facilities
• Modernise digitalisation systems to implement efficient procedures throughout the company
• Realisation of regional and international strategies
• Issue and change management
• Improvement of production lines and expansion of facilities and factories
• Development of new product strategies in cooperation with the R&D departments
• Responsibility for the successful setup, planning, execution, control and completion of projects

Your profile:

• Completed education in the field of business administration or project management at university level
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience as project manager in an international company
• Profound knowledge of project management trends and techniques
• Proficiency in English and Russian, any other language is an advantage
• Excellent negotiating and communication skills
• Out of the box mindset, leadership mentality as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
• Action- and results-oriented way of working
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel within Europe and abroad (min. 30%)
