For one of our clients in the meat industry, we are looking for butchers who have experience on working with industrial slaugthering of cattle.
The main task:
Opening and cleaning the carcasses.
Cut portions of meat for further processing.
Qualifikations:
Experience in industrial Slaugthtering
Knowledge of hygiene on food production.
Knowledge of different parts of cattle.
