Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

End to end responsibility for recruitment (internal employees and agency workers) and HR marketing activities
Support managers in hiring requests
Post open positions internally and externally
Cooperate recruitment activities with external personnel agencies
Pre-select candidates (mainly White collar positions)
Organize interviews with candidates for hiring managers
Provide feedback to candidates
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and concepts incl. specific projects
Sesponsible for employer branding activies, close collaboration with communication department
HR administrative tasks related to hiring new employees
Independent position for an energetic, independent and open minded HR professional who isn´t afraid to take responsibility and drive the allocated tasks and projects.
