For our client, leasing/financial company, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of:

"Executive Assistant"

We are looking for experienced candidate who has worked as personal/executive assistant to the management. The person will be responsible for assisting the manager with all general administration and organizational tasks
- coordinating all event activities and business calendar
- planning all travel plans
- assisting with preparation of the presentations
- issuing letters, reports, forms
- proof reading documents
- scheduling and follow up phone calls
- providing office support etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:

- at least 2-4 years experience as personal/executive assistant
- fluency in english, both written and oral form
******czech language is needed as well******
- great organisational and communicational skills
- able to multitask, be precise, pay attention to detail, flexible and open to occassional travelling
- problem-solving attitude, pro-active and stress resistant
