Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for experienced and qualified concrete workers to join our growing team in Northern Norway. With an increasing customer base and multiple new projects starting after Easter, we need more skilled professionals to meet demand.
LONG PROJECT
About Us: We operate throughout Northern Norway, primarily in Narvik, Harstad, Lofoten, Vesterålen, and Tromsø, with additional projects in Trondheim. Our work covers a variety of construction tasks, and we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship to our clients.
Job Responsibilities: As a concrete worker with us, you will work on a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Preparing and setting up formwork and molds
Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces
Reinforcing concrete with rebar, wire mesh, or fibers
Operating concrete mixers, vibrators, and other equipment
Cutting and repairing concrete structures
Ensuring proper curing and sealing of concrete surfaces
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations
What We Are Looking For:
Skilled and qualified concrete workers
Experience in the tasks listed above
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel for projects within Northern Norway and Trondheim
English is a must
