Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for passionate, self-driven individuals who want to be a part of our global team.

Office Administrator ensures smooth and accurate management of administrative data related to Jonckers by providing high-level, confidential administrative support to the company’s headquarters in Belgium.

S/he is following instructions from the Finance & the HR departments and performs his/her role independently, in liaison with and under the supervision of the Director.

- Organize agenda & meetings from a logistics point of view
- Book travel arrangements
- Dispatch information throughout the sub-subsidiaries as and when required
- Provide routine administrative support and support to the Director
- Support of the monthly financial closure, payroll management
- Communication with external accounting company
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Participate in recruitment activities
- Cashflow forecast management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) and English - Intermediate (B1)
