Please note: Fluency in both Czech and English is essential for this position.


What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Be the welcoming face of our company, greeting every guest with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Act as the go-to person for guests and residents, helping them with their questions and making sure their needs are met.
  • Handle guest check-in smoothly, from registration to issuing passes and giving them a quick rundown of our safety procedures.
  • Take pride in keeping the reception area looking sharp, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Make sure the front desk is always covered during business hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Juggle a variety of administrative tasks like booking meeting rooms, arranging taxis, and helping with event inductions.
  • Work with couriers and other service providers to ensure deliveries and services run without a hitch.
  • Be a helpful source of local knowledge for visitors, ready to offer directions or travel tips.
  • Pitch in with general administrative duties to support the wider Facilities team.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues, ensuring smooth shift handovers and being an active part of our "One Team" culture.

What You Bring to the Table (Skills and Qualifications):

  • You must be fluent and confident speaking and writing in both Czech and English.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel welcome.
  • Strong experience in a similar role is a huge advantage
  • You’re great at multitasking and staying organized, even when things get hectic.
  • A clever problem-solver who can think on your feet to find solutions.
  • You are professional, trustworthy, and know how to handle situations with discretion.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, you enjoy being part of a team.
  • The ability to take initiative and manage your responsibilities without needing constant supervision.
  • You're comfortable with common office systems and are happy to learn.
